Help Needed for the Porntopia Project

A public service site, Porntopia provides objective information and resources about Adult Venues and Resources  in Las Vegas and Southern Nevada 

The Porntopia Project, Porntopia 2010, is a collaborative effort to gather, review and publish information on Adult Venues, shopping opportunities,  information and resources by and about the Alternative Lifestyle Communities in Las Vegas and Southern Nevada.

Building and operating Porntopia is a major project, we can use all the help we can get.

If you are computer literate, and have a desire to pay forward for some of the help you have received from community resources, and have some free time;

Please consider helping out

Some of the specific areas where we need help are:

• Webmaster
  Porntopia <dot> Com is our website, it has been set up but needs a full time webmaster to administer it. Past experience with HTML, XML, and installation of 3rd part applications, as well as cpanel pretty much required.
• PHP/MySQL Developer
  We are creating a number of custom features and tools to reduce the administrative burden of maintaining the system and to assist our smut reporters and smut inspectors in contributing to the content of the system, if you have skils in these areas and some free time to donate, please contact us.
• Forum Moderator
  We need someone to moderate the Porntopia Discussion area on Kinky Vegas, this probably includes administering the Porntopia Links area, the Porntopia Gallery, and the Porntopia Classified Ads area as well
• Smut Reporters
  Want help out but have limited time and/or skills? This might be your cuppa tea, we need folks who surf the net and know how to use search engines to be on the lookout for, and report on, adult venues, kinky shopping, and alternative lifestyle resources. This is something you can do part time and make a real contribution to the success of Porntopia.
• Smut Inspectors
  Its a ruff job, but someone has to visit all of the resources and venues on the Porntopia list, record their thoughts and experience, and work with the others on the Smut Inspection Team to produce a report for publication on Porntopia and on our Syndicated News Feed (Kinky Times).Once or twice a month our small Smut Inspection Teams will select a few venues to inspect, visit them and produce their reports.
• Smut Editor
  The Porntopia Smut Editor will review the reports made by the Smut Inspection Teams, format them, and publish  them on the Porntopia site as well as working with the Kinky Times Geeks to insure publication in the kinky Times.
  
• Director of Venue Relations
  It would seem obvious, but the average Kink Shop owner is going to be a little surprised when a Smut Inspection Team shows up on their doorstep with a lot of questions about the quality of goods and services on offer. The Porntopia Director of Venue Relations' role is to coordinate with Venue owners and operators to schedule smut inspections at a time convenient for everyone involved.just think how cool it will be to tell your friends, that "Yes I have a relationship with the Mustang Ranch, but it is purely professional.
  
• Director of Community Relations
  Porntopia 2010 supports all Alternative Lifestyle Communities, but is not a member of any of them. The Role of the Porntopia Director of Community Relations will be to contact all adult groups and organizations in Las Vegas and Southern Nevada, explain our organization and our goals, and seek ways we can assist them in promoting their groups. It is pretty clear to me that a rising tide floats all boats and that working with existing groups will be the most effective way of reaching out goals.
  

These are all unpaid, volunteer, positions, lots of work and few rewards other than the good feeling you get by helping out, you do of course get a nifty Porntopia Staff Member ID card to show off and amaze your friends with.
